Terms of Service

Terms for instructors and students.

Last updated July 10, 2026. Dendrition is operated by North Construct. These terms cover access to academy programs, student libraries, and gym member access.

Using the platform

The platform gives instructors a private place to organize BJJ programs and give gym members an academy library. Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for using the platform lawfully.

Academy content

Instructors are responsible for the programs, lessons, descriptions, and student communications they publish. Students may use academy content for personal training unless the academy gives different written permission.

Gym member access

An academy decides which active gym members may use its library. Members should use the same email their instructor added and contact the academy when membership access needs to change.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse accounts, copy private lessons for redistribution, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for harmful, illegal, or abusive activity.

Availability

We work to keep academy libraries available, but maintenance, service providers, internet issues, and other events can interrupt access. The platform may change as features improve.

Ending access

An academy or the platform may suspend or end access when required for security, membership changes, policy violations, or account closure. Students should contact their academy first for membership questions.

Questions about academy membership or a specific program should go to that academy first. Platform account questions can be handled through the support contact listed by the academy.
